I had no idea monsoon season was this bad here. It was warm and sunny all day until this.

I don't know if I ever saw raindrops this big before! At least there's usually a  after these heavy rainfalls. . .

Makes me really grateful that I can stay indoors with comfy food and pjs!

I feel a little better now that I vented. It helped a little. Also took the time to color my hair and put some curling product in it to revive my curls and waves.

It's a bit different than I expected. I am playing around with blondes now. Maybe one of these days when I have a bit of extra spending money I can get it done professionally. . . And maybe it will come out more like how I want it instead of a mystery w

Oh well, it's not like much is going on or many are reading here. 

It's getting frustrating using Insta because my friends and myself are just not getting any views or something. Like...it's completely dead. All Insta wants to promote are the super successful accounts with thousands and even millions of followers. I'm glad I got a bunch of follows but my posts just don't get seen. It's bad enough I know I'll never get past 300 but I would like to feel that my posts are being seen at least.

Loving how my blog looks right now but it's also pretty vacant. Life has been meh recently and without the few looks I work hard to do, there's nothing much here. Maybe I'm just going through a bad time or something. . .

But at least I have Monster Hunter.

Anyway, last week I went out with Hubs' Mama and did a simple Aina look. Forgive my horrible roots. I just did them today w

Sorry for the venting but I think my blog is the best space for me to do it since it's my space. I also want to keep myself to be as real as I can be. No superficial crap here. I hope I'll have something more happy to share next time.

It's almost always sunny here in AZ. So I try to go outdoors as much as I can to keep color. But it's just so difficult sometimes especially when it's like this. . .

And I know it's not as bad as some other parts of the state but this is wild!  I wish we had a beach nearby. . . but at least I have ice cream.

Seems like a lot of things are just not going the way I want them to. Everything ends up falling way shorter than I imagine. So I guess I'm gonna' use that energy for myself.

I'm going to take full advantage of the resources I have and I'm going to give Japanese language learning my all. I am going to do what I can without a classroom. I'm hoping one of the schools around here will offer the language as a non-credit class soon...

Thank you all for the love on my last post!

I was really nervous about posting it because
1. I was worried that most would think a nobody like me shouldn't be making this
and 2. making a photo tutorial like this is a lot of work. You have to remember to get all the important shots and then to bring it all together in a comprehensive tutorial. But I think I got the job done!

Today, I wanted to show you the actual co*de that went with this gorgeous Aina make. I wanted it to be close to what she would actually wear for a shoot. I was so happy to see that most of the pieces in my wardrobe actually work!
